Question # 7: Can I use CASH as a down payment on the purchase of a property?

Question # 7 is here!!! Many home buyers who take out a loan to finance a purchase of their property use a down payment. However, most of them are completely unaware that they are absolutely NOT ALLOWED to put hard cash as their down payment. With this in mind, is it ok to use cash as your down payment and are there any limitations?
